Whiskey & Water
Launched by Pat Croce in 2006, the newly revamped Rum Barrel evokes the aura of a seafarer’s paradise in the very heart of historic Key West, with more than 150 rums and an extensive collection of specialty and craft beers. As the southernmost Philly sports bar, Rum Barrel is known for its legendary tailgates, lively fans and the hotspot for all things Philly – including its famous cheese steaks.
Break loose from the chain and come as you are. Step off the beaten Duval Street path and into the heart of Key West’s historic Old Town. It is here you’ll find Island Dogs Bar, doors open wide to the breezy world, happy patrons dotting the portico, irresistible ice cold beers, refreshing tropical cocktails, one-of-a-kind martinis, and local live music.
The Green Parrot is more than a bar; it is a Key West icon; it is Key West. It has been so many things, to so many people, for so many years. And that spirit will never change.
Charlie Mac’s 404
Serving up the best island-flavored BBQ in Key West and inspired by the sizzling pits of South Carolina, Charlie Mac’s is Pat Croce’s latest Mile Zero local hot spot. Just next to the legendary Green Parrot Bar and less than a block from Duval Street, Charlie Mac’s also features two dozen beers on tap and live music in Key West’s retro BBQ headquarters.
Turtle Kraals screams authentic Key West on the historic seaport. Located on what once was the site of a turtle cannery, Turtle Kraals now boasts one of the best restaurant/bars on the waterfront. Its Cuban-Caribbean flare is a perfect compliment to bar’s live music, the island’s only Ceviche Bar, outdoor bocce ball courts, and a tower bar featuring Key West’s second best view.
